BALLOON FIRE E.E., hereinafter referred to as the "Company", which created the balloon-fire.gr website, offers its services under the following terms of use, which the visitor/user of the pages of the website is asked to read carefully and to proceed with visiting/using the pages/services of balloon-fire.gr only if they fully accept them.

If your order includes any pyrotechnic items - fireworks or sparklers - the basic requirement is that you are an adult. The Company is entitled to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice, but undertakes the obligation to update this text for every modification or addition. Any invalidity of certain Terms hereof does not entail the invalidity of the remaining ones. The Company's failure to exercise its rights under these Terms does not imply a waiver of those rights. The Company is not liable for any breach of these Terms due to reasons of force majeure, such as, indicatively, extreme weather phenomena, earthquakes, floods, fires, emergency situations, etc. In the event that the supply of any product or service of balloon-fire.gr is governed by more specific terms of use, those terms are considered as a whole together with these Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of conflict, however, the more specific terms of use of each product or service prevail.

Products

The Company is committed to the quality, completeness and validity of the information listed on the site, both as regards the identity of balloon-fire.gr and the services provided by it. In particular: The Company bears no liability for defective products and/or untrue details concerning the goods of its suppliers that are contained on the website. The relevant liability lies exclusively with its individual suppliers. The user is informed about the availability of products through corresponding wording. Furthermore, the various product offers that appear in the online store are always valid while stocks last.

Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable towards customers/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (and which do not fall under the cases of paragraph 8, "Product Returns"). It also reserves its position as to the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure. The balloon-fire.gr online store can provide no guarantee as to the availability of the products, but it does guarantee the timely notification of end consumers regarding their unavailability.

The balloon-fire.gr online store provides the Content (e.g. information, names, photographs, illustrations), the products and the services made available through the website "as is". Under no circumstances shall BALLOON FIRE E.E. bear liability for any claims of a legal or civil and/or criminal nature, nor for any damage (positive, special or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, alternatively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, loss of data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc.) on the part of visitors to the website or third parties, from a cause related to the operation or non-operation and/or the use of the website, and/or to an inability to provide services and/or information made available through it, and/or to any impermissible interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information made available through it.

The balloon-fire.gr website, among other things, provides links to third-party websites, which third parties (website providers) also bear full (civil and criminal) liability for the security, legality and validity of the content of their websites and services, with any liability of the Company being excluded, such as, indicatively, liability regarding intellectual and industrial property rights or any right of a third party. Users are therefore obliged to address themselves directly to those third parties (website providers) for anything that may arise from visiting and/or using them. Although users accept that the Company is neither obliged nor able to check the security and content of the third-party websites and services to which it provides access, it is nevertheless entitled at any time to remove, modify or discontinue any third-party service or link to a third-party website if, in its judgement, the law or these Terms are threatened or violated.

Intellectual property rights

This website is the official online store of the Company.

All the content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services provided and products, constitutes the intellectual property of the Company and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Any copying, distribution, transfer, processing, resale, creation of derivative work or misleading of the public as to the actual provider of the Content of the website is prohibited. Users accept, agree and undertake that they will make lawful and appropriate use of balloon-fire.gr. Users therefore agree, indicatively and not restrictively, that they will not use the Company's online store for:

4. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting by any other means any Content which infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties,

5. misleading anyone as to the origin of the content of balloon-fire.gr or harming in any way the reputation of the Company or of third parties,

6. installing and promoting, by any means, any kind of unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or electronic messages not requested by the recipient (spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes and any other form of unwanted promotion of content,

7. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting by any other means any material which contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage to, destroy or impair the operation of any computer software or hardware,

8. intentional or unintentional violation of the applicable legislation or provisions,

9. harassing third parties in any way,

10. collecting or storing personal data concerning other users.

In every case of use that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms, users are obliged to compensate the Company for every direct and consequential loss it suffers.

Orders - Order processing - Pricing policy

Orders are accepted and shipments are made only within Greece, Europe and the countries listed among the shipping countries in the lists of the online store. Orders are executed within one day. The product prices displayed are final (that is, VAT is included). balloon-fire.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. Of course, at the time of receipt of the goods the customer always pays the price that was displayed in the relevant price lists for that product at the time of the order. For the wholesale store specifically, prices are displayed without VAT.

Confirmation of the order

Following the user's/customer's order, the Company will contact the latter by e-mail (at the e-mail address indicated by the customer) and/or by telephone, in order to confirm the purchase.

Product availability

If any of the goods ordered by the customer are not available, the Company will contact them by e-mail and/or telephone, within a reasonable period of time from the placing of the order, in order to inform them of the likely delivery time. In this case, if the customer considers that this period of time is not satisfactory, they may request the cancellation of the order for that product. The remainder of their order may be executed normally.

Receipt of the order

Delivery of the product is made only to the purchaser, and the courier must be shown the original identity card or passport of the person who placed the order, and their personal details are recorded. After the signature - acceptance by the customer/recipient of the relevant Delivery Note, it will not be possible to acknowledge any disputes concerning the delivery.

Delivery of Products / Shipping - Cash on delivery charges

Delivery takes place within the next working day from the day of the order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional cases, and provided the customer has been informed in advance, the delivery time may be extended.

Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days of receiving them, without being obliged to state the reason for which you wish to return them. For the return to be accepted: a) the products must not have been used, and b) they must be returned together with the retail receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days of the date on which we receive the products. In this case you will only be charged the cost of returning the products. Cancellation of the order

An order may be cancelled before the date on which it is dispatched by our company.
