All orders are dispatched the same day and you receive them the next day, except in cases of force majeure, prohibitive weather conditions and certain hard-to-reach areas.

The condition is that when we call you for confirmation you answer in good time, otherwise the order is not fulfilled.

If you have difficulty placing your order through our e-shop, call us to order by phone. Purchases in the e-shop can be made immediately: without a credit card, by simple cash on delivery - by deposit into our bank account - with any credit card - with PAYPAL. DELIVERY of fireworks is made only to adults, which the courier company will verify by asking you to show your identity card.

If this is not shown (an identity card or official document proving that the person receiving them is an adult) to the courier, the delivery process will be cancelled.
